Tokyo, Japan | THE INDEPENDENT  | Reports from Japan indicate that a member of Uganda’s Olympic team has vanished.

This after Word Rugby body withdrew Uganda Rugby 7s team from the World Rugby Sevens Repechage competition in Monaco.
