At Lemonade Finance, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of driving growth in Uganda and establishing our product/service as the leading solution for remittance sending to Uganda from the UK, USA, and Canada. As the Growth Manager, you will develop a comprehensive growth strategy for the corridor in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and execute it within agreed timelines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• conducting customer research
• executing partnerships and events
• setting up offline and online advertising campaigns
• sourcing and directing community ambassadors, influencers, influencer management agencies, and creative agencies.

As the Growth Manager, you will need to be
• strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused.
• You should possess deep knowledge of and networks within the community, a passion for supporting your community, and an entrepreneurial spirit, great interpersonal skills, and superb project management.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
• leading growth efforts to fully own the Uganda corridor growth strategy, managing external stakeholders
• building trust-based relationships with diaspora communities
• conducting regular customer research, initiating and building partnerships with community associations and organizations
• sourcing and leading community ambassadors and influencers.
You will also need to be:
• Well-versed in data and use it to scope particular problems, derive integral solutions
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Growth manager for a high growth start-up.
• Take big picture ideas and break them into meaningful steps, and drive continuous improvement.
• You will be expected to monitor, understand, and interpret specific growth, operational, and financial metrics to improve execution and lead the team in investigating, solving, and remedying wide-ranging business problems.
