Lisbon, Portugal | XINHUA | Chelsea have won their 2nd UEFA Champions League, thanks to a first half goal Saturday at Dragao Stadium, in the city of Porto, north of Portugal. Chelsea first won their first continental title in 2012.
It is also a great win for Thomas Tuchel. While Chelsea’s investment has outstripped most clubs in the world, Manchester City’s investment has been astronomical, topping out at well over 1.5 billion euros.
