BREAKING: Putin makes his move

Moscow, Russia | THE INDEPENDENT |  Russia’s Putin orders troops into Ukraine for peacekeeping mission in Donetsk and Luhansk.

In text of a presidential order he signed today, he is recognizing Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. He has therefore ordered Russian military to ‘maintain peace’ in the Ukraine rebel regions.
