Key Result Areas:
• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity.
• Collect sales records & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales projections and targets.
• Prepare Sales performance review reports as and when required by management.
• Analyse sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales, recommend promotional interventions where required.
• Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis.
• Computation of customer targets and align them into sales team targets.
• Guide salespeople in interpreting target monitoring reports with elaborate advice on target attainment timelines on a weekly basis.
• Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to Senior Management as may be required.
• Analyse results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance.
• Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunity where need arises.
• Communicate sales analysis in depth reports to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions for sales performance improvements.
• Prepare all audit reports for sales and marketing for ISO (Internal & QMS).
• Processing all primary and secondary schemes month on month.
• Communicating all approved schemes to the entire sales and marketing team.
• Compile and consolidate customer floor stock reports week on a weekly basis.
• Link coordinator of sales department with other departments within the entire company.
• Any other duties assigned by the Sales Head – Domestic and GM- Sales & Marketing.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• University Degree in Business Administration with a bias in statistics or Business Computing or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience is required
SKILLS & PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
• Ability to build and maintain complex computer applications and programs that perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources.
• Ability to perform complex analysis such as regression, forecasting and probability modelling.
• Ability to co-ordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a target audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Expert knowledge in varied computer programming and relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint. Excellent group presentation skills.
